In orders we updated the information on courses, added a tab with paid courses, highlighted the payment button and made it possible to contact the manager directly if there are questions about the payment/course
We have done a great job - it has become easier for users to navigate in the personal account, check the status of their orders, manage notifications. Deferred courses are paid for twice more

Case №3. Email and audit of VK СХhub flow
We needed to evaluate the entry point on the landing page, go through the whole flow from authorization to getting into the project. Also to review the chain of service emails, correct ToV, suggest improvements
I went through the whole flow, noticed places where I could improve, simplify the text. E-mail rules, without departing from ToV principles - I managed to make it livelier and simpler
The e-mail has gone live. If a client is hacked, he can immediately contact the support service via e-mail. Flow has been corrected - less wrong actions on the part of the user
