Case №1. Conversion paywall
Puzzle Brain
We needed to rework a paywall that was showing poor conversion from visit to purchase. But it was unclear what influences the behavior of users on the page and what triggers are the most important for them
First, I did some research - I looked at a heat map of how users behave. I did a survey on the e-mail base and asked what difficulties they experience, what discourages them from buying. After collecting the answers, I started testing different screen options

There were over 10 tests in total - in each one we found new ways to increase conversion to purchase
I found the right words, social proof, tone of communication that satisfied the users - the conversion rate went up to 7%. Additionally, I made a mobile version of paywall in the form of a pop-up.

Case № 2: Updating the Klerk.ru personal account
Personal account had not been changed since 2000. It was 2023, and it was time to update it. Together with progects and UX designers, we began to think about how to make the office more concise, modern and convenient
It was obviously overloaded - together with the team, we moved important settings to the left menu and reduced the number of items. We added a progress bar so that users could see how much they had filled in the information in the office.

In orders we updated the information on courses, added a tab with paid courses, highlighted the payment button and made it possible to contact the manager directly if there are questions about the payment/course
We have done a great job - it has become easier for users to navigate in the personal account, check the status of their orders, manage notifications. Deferred courses are paid for twice more

Case №3. Email and audit of VK СХhub flow
Task
Result
We needed to evaluate the entry point on the landing page, go through the whole flow from authorization to getting into the project. Also to review the chain of service emails, correct ToV, suggest improvements
What I did
I went through the whole flow, noticed places where I could improve, simplify the text. E-mail rules, without departing from ToV principles - I managed to make it livelier and simpler
Result
The e-mail has gone live. If a client is hacked, he can immediately contact the support service via e-mail. Flow has been corrected - less wrong actions on the part of the user
